Returns and refunds

 

We’re here to help so should you experience any issue with your order please contact us.

1. We accept returns and exchanges (with the exception of the items listed below). Should you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item to us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Please note that, due to the nature of our personalised products, we do not accept cancellations.

3. Please note that returns of the following items cannot be accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
